Leadership is Better in the Rooms

What it means to host a hub for the 2026 LFC Summit

The 2026 Summit is designed to spark insight, and hubs are designed to turn insight into relationships.

When you host a hub, you create a local or regional space where leaders gather to participate in the Summit together: watching sessions live, engaging in real-time dialogue, and building meaningful connections.

Hubs strengthen the Summit by making it relational, embodied, and community-centered.

You Won't Be Doing This Alone

Hub hosts are supported by:

  • The Summit Hub Liaison or Project Manager

  • Regular planning meetings

  • Clear communication and requirements

  • Inclusion in the Summit planning structure

Your role is to organize and facilitate the in-person experience — with guidance and coordination from the Summit team

What a Hub Is

A hub is...

  • An in-person gathering of at least 3 participants

  • Organized and facilitated by a summit participant

  • Connected live to the Summit sessions via Zoom

  • Supported by the Summit planning team

Hub hosts are part of the Summit planning committee and are invited to join regular planning meetings.

Every Hub Must Have

Experience the Summit in Community

  • A designated hub host / convener

  • A suitable location

  • At least 3 registered participants

Every participant:

  • Pays the LFC Summit registration fee

  • Pays any additional hub fee (if applicable) set by the host

  • Arranges their own travel and accommodation unless included in hub pricing

Venue & Tech Requirements

As the conduit for your hub to experience the summit...

Hosting a hub is meaningful and requires preparation.

To make the process simple and predictable, we’ve created a clear Hub Host Requirement Checklist. This document outlines:

  • Core hosting requirements

  • Venue and technology standards

  • Participant expectations

  • Optional enhancements you may choose to include

  • Your role and responsibilities as a Hub Host

This checklist ensures every hub meets the Summit standard while still allowing you to shape a space that reflects your community.

If you’re considering hosting, we strongly recommend reviewing this document before submitting your application.
